First meeting of the IPAC’26 Local Organising Committee

With the common objective of ensuring the smooth running of the event and guaranteeing that participants will have an excellent experience at IPAC’26 in May 2026, the first meeting of the IPAC’26 Local Organising Committee was held on 1 and 2 April in Deauville. The main purpose of the meeting was to review the progress of preparations and to allocate the remaining tasks. During the meeting, the members of the committee presented their progress reports, discussed options and opportunities. The meeting clarified priorities and strengthened coordination between team members. The atmosphere was constructive and motivated.
