Important dates

  1. Sponsorship and Booth Reservations Early Bird rates : 1 April, 2025 – 1 July, 2025
  2. Sponsorship and Booth Reservations Standard rates (+5%): 2 July, 2025 – 31 December, 2025
  3. Sponsorship and Booth Reservations Late rates (+10%): 1 January, 2026 – 16 May, 2026
  4. Booth Set-Up and Move-In: 16-17 May, 2026
  5. Exhibition will be open from: 18-21 May, 2026 from 09:00-18:00
  6. Material Packing and Move-Out: 21 May, 2026 from 18:00
